The owner of the website may offer services or products that may be subject to its own particular conditions that, as the case may be, replace, complete and /or modify these conditions, and about which the user will be informed in each specific case. 1. Rates
Fare validity: current year. Prices include VAT (10%)
Special rates (full house): For Easter and bridges check prices
The minimum stay is 2 nights at Easter and bridges.
Prices include breakfast.
For stays longer than 6 nights, new sets of sheets and towels will be delivered weekly. Kitchen at the disposal of customers.
2. Booking Process
The reservation by phone can be made from 9:00 h to 22:00 h, uninterrupted-minded, to the number 634552020. You can also book it through the contact form that you will find on our website or by e-mail, 24 hours a day. Inquiries through the form or email will be answered as soon as possible, indicating if there is availability on the requested date, in order to confirm the reservation. Concretely the details of the reservation (owner, contact phones, email address, number of occupants, date of entry and departure, estimated time of arrival,...), will receive an email with the pre-BOOKING, so that they can check if all the details are correct, and next to it, our details and the account number where you can enter the advance to formalize the reservation will appear. The advance will be 30% of the total price of the services requested. This advance must be entered within 48 hours (two business days) following the request, in that current account, indicating your name and the days of stay. Once the deposit has been verified we will contact you confirming the reservation. In addition, we will provide you with additional information (detailed description of how to get there, phones, etc.).
If we do not receive the receipt within 48 hours (two business days) we will consider the reservation void and the accommodation will be available again to other customers. However, if you decide to change your plans, we would appreciate it if you would let us know in order to have the places. In case of cancellation of the reservation, you will be entitled to the refund of the amounts that have been paid, with the following conditions: Notice of cancellation 15 days in advance of the day of entry: refund of 100% of the payment minus the transfer fee.
Less than 7 days the advance is not returned.
3. Entry into the Rural House
Schedule
Unless otherwise provided, the customer must occupy the country house before 20:00 hours on the day scheduled for arrival. If for any reason the arrival is planned after this time, please inform the property in advance. If this is not the case, the property reserves the right to make the accommodation available to other guests after this time. Guests are kindly requested to inform you approximately 2 hours prior to arrival in order to finalize the welcome details. Entry will take place from 15:00 hours.
4. Key delivery
Upon arrival we will introduce you to the house and its facilities, also informing you about the nearest places for supplies, places of interest, etc.
5. Payment
When entering the rural house, the total payment of the stay is made (minus the advance).
You can also pay the remaining amount by bank transfer five business days before your arrival.
6. Documentation
It is mandatory by law that every traveler over the age of 16 provides their ID or passport.
7. Number of visitors
For reasons of safety and protection, the maximum number of persons staying, set out in the description of the accommodation, including children over 2 years of age, will not be allowed under any circumstances. Only the number of people indicated on the booking confirmation has the right to stay in the house and enjoy the facilities. The owner reserves the right to cancel the contract, if this rule is not respected.
8. Animals
Please note that pets are not allowed in the country house.
9. Anomalies and Deficiencies
The owner undertakes to deliver the accommodation in perfect conditions of cleanliness and use, and to provide solutions, as far as possible, to any problems that arise. Irregularities and/or deficiencies that the guest may find on the property must be communicated, as soon as possible and always during their stay. The owner will soon fix any anomaly or deficiency, provided that the cases referred to are proven as true. Claims made after the day of departure cannot be dealt with. The client of a rural accommodation accepts that, because of the special philosophy of its operation and the conditions of its location, the customer service hosted in case of unforeseen circumstances (climatological problems, power outages, etc.) may not be immediate. Therefore, the guest is informed that in this type of houses, unlike a hotel, you will not have a service during the 24 hours, although it will always try to respond as quickly as possible to any unforeseen circumstances. You can contact the owner, by phone, for any problems that arise, at prudent times, provided that it is not something urgent. We will appreciate any suggestions, in order to make your future stay more pleasant or that of other guests.
10. Departure from the country house
The check-out will take place until 12:00 hours, making the delivery of keys and liquidation of any other requested service.
In case of requesting more time and as long as the room is not booked, a plus of 4.95o/h. will be charged at 20:00 hours.
11. Responsibilities and rules of stay
The owner is responsible for the correct information on the offered property, the indicated equipment and its precise location. The room will be delivered to the guest in perfect conditions of use and cleanliness. The guests of the house must treat it, as well as its contents, with respect and not steal anything from it; They will be responsible for the damage caused by themselves.
It is the responsibility of the guest to leave the property in the same state in which he found it, being responsible for all damages and impairments caused by negligence. Any damage or breach of the rules caused by the client during his stay in the house, will be paid separately by the client.
The client is responsible for the supervision of the children who accompany him.
It is not allowed to take furniture outside the house (tables, blankets, etc.)
We remind you that smoking is not allowed in any part of these facilities, including very expressly the rooms.
Smoking is not allowed throughout the premises and especially in the rooms, in accordance with the law and acceptance when making the reservation, any evidence of non-compliance with this rule will imply a charge of €300 + VAT in the account of the owner of the room, in concept of extraordinary cleanliness.
Animals are not allowed in the rural house.
Guests will not be able to carry out annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities in the rural house.
Any deficiency that is found must be communicated to the owner as soon as possible and during the stay, in order to be able to solve the problem during the stay.
The owner will not accept any claim after the day of departure.
In case of non-compliance with the aforementioned obligations, the owner will have the right to ask the guest to leave the establishment without any right to compensation. The owner is not responsible for losses, damages, cancellations or additional expenses suffered by the client, or for any matter that is beyond the scope or control of him.
12. Acceptance of Terms
The deposit of the amount of the reservation into the bank account of the owner implies the full acceptance, by all guests, of each and every one of the conditions reflected herein.
1 The cost of the bank transfer is at the customer's expense and can never be deducted from the cost of the reservation.
2 Under no circumstances does the fact of making a claim exempt you from payment.
3 Personal checks are not accepted.
